We had the Vp(sales and marketing) of business standard come down and talk about branding-successes and failures.And there was so much commonsense in his talk.A true marketeer is one who is in touch with reality.And this i guess is my reason for not studying kotler. :D Jokes apart,this session got our grey cells ticking and was interspersed with some quality humor.
The other day i was reading something about koan(s) and boy, they were interesting.These are basically examples meant to guide life.They get us thinking about things that seem obvious and thus out of our scope of thought.
I went out for dinner after a long time and realised the futility of having rice in restaurants here.Overall was a decent experience.Went to a pseud "chawla's chic-inn".Have some work loaded for the day.
PS-would like to have some comments posted by reader-if any.Just wanna see where this is goin.

i know u r the last person who needs advice-i have seen u to be stable/mature/authentic.but all the same let me just write my point of view-a)U R DAMN GOOD!i mean it-u r one of the most sensible/talented people in 2006.U HAVE SUBSTANCE.the others are all hollow.b)Believe in urself-i too doubted my capabilities in the beginning,but now i know, only substance matters.c)dont take the classes/assignments too seriously unless they r value add-there r ways to manipulate the system ;) d)abt summers,U WILL MAKE IT-it doesnt matter how much u hav read.no co expects technical knowledge in 1st sem..its only a matter of confidence.in fact ur 1st poem isnt a bad motivator.

i dont believe in modesty but this is overwhelming. :D whoever this is(and for other jobless readers too :D), plzzz post ur names. Looks like skirting around the problem seems a better idea than taking it headon right now as far as assignments are concerned.lets see.i have failed miserably at it though.(that's another story alltogether).nice day.
